BNC strongly condemn the Pakistan’s Supreme Court for its hypocritical verdict to disqualify PM Nawaz Sharif.

Washington D.C -- Balochistan National Congress (BNC) strongly condemn the Pakistan’s supreme court for its hypocritical verdict against PM Nawaz Sharif to disqualify him.

PM Nawaz sharif was declared disqualified to hold or run for the office of Premiership by the Pakistan Supreme Court for hiding his salary in his last application, years ago when he ran for the Office.

“It is very sad and pity that the Supreme Court didn’t charged him for the Panama scandal, mega corruptions and money laundering but used a silly, totally irrelevant and pity excuse to disqualify him”, said Dr. Baloch, the President of BNC.

He said Baloch people have no sympathy for PM Nawaz sharif being gone but the question is why this Supreme court doesn’t act or move when Baloch citizens are made disappeared in thousands, their houses are being burned to ashes on daily bases by the Pashtun FC making them homeless in their own home towns and their bodies are being thrown from the flying helicopters with full impunity on daily basis?

And where is this supreme court where Sindhi, Baloch and Muhajir political activists are being kidnapped, tortured and made disappeared in Karachi everyday by the Rangers who are acting as the “Judge, Jury and executioners”, without the due process of law, he asked.

And where was this supreme court when more than 200 Baloch judges and lawyers and more than 600 Baloch police officers were murdered on broad day light in Quetta, Balochistan? And where is this Supreme Court where a Baloch police officer on duty was recently ran over by an criminal MPA Mr. Kocahkzai, who has not been charged and disqualified yet, he questioned.

He said, by acting hypocritically on a such flimsy pretexts and excuses to oust PM Nawaz Sharif, Pakistan Supreme Court once again have shown its ugly face and proved  to be a puppet organ of Pakistan’s military and that it is there only to serve their interests and not the interests of the country or its citizens.

He said, people are being fooled by this drama, but actually behind the doors, a military coup is in making through the court system to bring Gen Raheel Sharif, to head a caretaker civilian Government, who was recently fired by the Saudis to lead the Islamic Nato over his refusal to take action against Iran and the Houthi rebels in Yemen.

He said Pakistan is being run by the military, either directly or indirectly, through a so called civilian elected Government which is elected through a rigged and fraudulent bogus system of voting to fool the people of Pakistan and the world community, but in reality all the power rests in GHQ hands.

He said, there is no true democracy in Pakistan, there has never been one, nor there any institution exists in Pakistan that is free and independent to do their constitutional duties and mandate to serve the people of Pakistan and the country freely.

He said, Pakistan is at the brink of collapse and disintegration and is sliding towards anarchy, unrest, civl war and political instability. Unless bold and mega steps are taken to keep the military out from meddling into the state affairs, treating and accommodating all federating units and minorities equally and taking them all onboard, there is nothing you can do to stop the country from breaking apart.
