An Open Letter to Gen Nasser Janjua Sahib over the Awaran military operation and massacre of Baloch citizens.

SOURCE: Facebook

Thank you Mr. Gen Nasser Janjua sahib for your kind general amnesty to Baloch people and Ramdan gift in the form of Awaran operation and killings of scores of innocent Baloch citizens labeling them as terrorists. It would been better if you had sent a truck load of food to the downtrodden hungry people of Awaran in this blessed month of Ramdan to help them break their fast, that would been much better and would send a more positive message than sending FC to kill the innocents. If you think you can solve Balochistan political problem with such continued military raids and operations and by conquering the Baloch citizens, you are seriously mistaken sir. You and your army have not learn any lesson from the history. We ask you to immediately release the arrested Baloch citizens or produce them in a court of law, if they are guilty, with proofs and evidences, without falsifying truth and observe your duty to Allah (swt), asking him for forgiveness for the wrong doing. Remember Allah is not unaware for what you all do.

We also ask the Baloch members of the Balochistan Assembly to break their criminal silence, table and pass the resolution to condemn this aggression unleashed against the defenseless Baloch citizens and offer Fatia in the house for those killed by the FC. The Balochistan assembly must not be a forum to only offer Fatia for Hazara, Punjabi labors or Pattan citizen. FC must not not be immune and above the law for their wrong doing. None of their acts of illegal and unconstitutional raids, Search operations and kill and dump of Baloch citizens by FC are acceptable or justified. We ask the FC to end these raids and search operations. Instead, the confidence and trust building measure should be in place to win the hearts and minds of Baloch citizens. Use of force is not a solution in any conflict but dialogue and negotiations are the only way out.

We also ask the Baloch militants groups to immediately declare a unilateral cease fire, end their war, lay down their arms and use only democratic and peaceful means of struggle to secure the Baloch genuine rights within the federation.

Some related Verses of Holy Quran to ponder upon.

"O ye who believe! stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah, even if it is against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, and whether it be (against) rich or poor: for Allah can best protect both. Follow not the lusts (of your hearts), lest ye swerve, and if ye distort (justice) or decline to do justice, verily Allah is well-acquainted with all that ye do". Al-Qur'an (4:135)
