Quetta—Federal Minister for States and Frontier Regions (SAFRON) Abdul Qadir Baloch said on Tuesday that incumbent government was striving hard to bring about positive change in the neglected areas of Balochistan. Talking to APP he said that the Baloch political leadership is now in the decision making process as the federal government accords due importance to the views of the Balochistan lawmakers.
Under the leadership of Prime minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, several interventions have been made to put the economy of the country on right track. Investment worth billions of dollar by the Chinese and other foreign companies proves that economy of the country is not only flourishing but also on the right direction, he added.
He noted that federal government has been extending its all-out support to the provincial government of Balochistan for bringing normalcy and initiating un-interrupted development projects in Ba-lochistan. He expressed satisfaction over the prevailing law and order situation in Balochistan. The strenuous and serious efforts of the PML-N government in the center, has helped to win the hearts of the Baloch leaders. Completion of mega projects launched in the province would usher in new era of development, minister maintained.—APP
